Delivery times
Every order we ship is custom-made and cut specifically for each purchase. However, to make sure you can enjoy a cooler environment as soon as possible, we aim to ship all orders within 5 business days. Our track record shows that we succeed in doing so for 99% of all orders — which is great peace of mind!
If you haven’t received a track & trace message from our carrier after 5 business days, please feel free to contact us.
Sunscreen delivery
After we have cut, checked and properly packed your screen(s), we will hand over your order to our own carrier GLS. After your order has been handed over to them, you will receive a link via email with which you can track your order.
It is important to know that orders that are shipped on Friday are normally delivered on Monday at the earliest.
If you are unexpectedly not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a message in your mailbox or by email with further instructions and/or information.
Shipping cost
