Our sun shades can be installed both indoors and outdoors. For optimal performance, we recommend choosing a dark color for outdoor use and a light color for indoor use.

The sunshade with suction cups is attached directly to your window, not to the window frame. This way, there’s no need for drilling, and you can put up or remove the sunshade whenever you like — without causing any damage to your window frames. Nice and easy!

To make measuring and installation as easy as possible, we’ve created videos that explain each step in detail. If you still have questions afterwards, feel free to contact us!

It’s important to know that suction cups will only adhere to completely flat glass. When you’ve followed our installation guide correctly, we guarantee that your suction cups will stay in place — even during strong winds!

With every order, you will receive a sufficient number of suction cups and rings free of charge to attach your sunshade with suction cups to your window.

Placing order and payment

No, this is not mandatory. You can place an order without creating an account. However, an account is useful to be able to order faster next time.

Yes, you will always receive an email confirmation of your order. If you did not receive a confirmation, please feel free to contact us.

If you have placed an order with us and would like to change it afterwards, this is possible in some cases. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to change your order. If your order has already been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the order.

Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If the delivery time unexpectedly deviates, we will inform you in time.

No shipping costs are charged for orders placed through our webshop. We will therefore send your order to you free of charge, regardless of the price.

You can track the shipment of your order via the tracking information you receive from the carrier. We work with reliable carriers being Transmission and GLS.

Returns

Even if you ordered a custom-made sunscreen, it is possible to return it. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can inform you about the posibilities. If you have a question regarding this before you want to place your order, feel free to contact us!

Warranty and the warranty period are determined in accordance with the law and the General Terms and Conditions of WebwinkelKeur. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. You can read more about this on the page Warranty.

General

Creating an account is very easy. If this is your first order with us, you can choose to create an account during checkout. For a subsequent order, you log in with the email address you provided and your password.

When placing an order, you are not required to create an account, but it does give you a number of advantages:

  • Ordering is faster, because the data entered is saved. So data does not have to be entered again.
  • You can view your order history in your account.
  • You can download your invoice as a PDF document
