Returning custom-made sunscreens
We think it is important that you are satisfied with our sunscreens. We pay care and attention to every screen we make. It can of course happen that, after unpacking the order, it does not fully meet your expectations. If this is the case, we would like to ask you to contact us as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of receipt. More information about the right of withdrawal, we refer to our general terms and conditions articles 6 to 8. After registering the return, we would like to receive the return within 14 days. The shipping costs remain at your own expense. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
Damaged product delivered
Your order will be sent to you by parcel post. Before we send your package, we subject it to a quality control. However, circumstances may still occur during transport that cause the product to be damaged. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of receipt.
