Below, we will explain step by step how to place an order in our webshop. Additionally, you will find more information about our payment methods. It may be unnecessary to mention, but the prices displayed on our website include VAT.
Ordering
At Moodson, you can easily order your products by following these steps:
- Click on the product of your choice.
- Select if you want to place your sunscreen indoors or outdoors.
- Select your desired transparency.
- Choose your color.
- Fill in the desired dimensions of the sunscreen.
- Choose your frame type, for more information on your frame type click HERE.
- Name your sunscreen to tell the different sunscreens apart.
- Add extra products for placement and maintenance of your sunscreen.
- To place your order, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.
Payment
At Moodson, we accept the following payment methods.
Secure and free payment
Moodson offers you a secure and free payment environment. Your online payment is processed by Mollie.
iDEAL
Several banks are affiliated with iDEAL, including Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING, ASN Bank, RegioBank, Van Lanschot Bankiers, and SNS Bank. iDEAL is secure, fast, and easy!
Credit card
At Moodson, you can pay with your Visa and Mastercard credit card. You can be assured that your payment is secure. We encrypt your credit card details using the SSL method, ensuring safety at all times. During payment, you will be asked for your CVC code, a 3-digit code found on the back of your credit card (the last three digits).
Bancontact
This payment method is widely used by consumers and businesses with a Belgian bank account.
Klarna Pay Later
With this payment method, you can pay after receiving your order. Klarna performs a credit check at checkout to determine whether and up to what amount you can use this option. For questions about the payment, please contact Klarna.
PayPal
At Mattigo, you can pay quickly and easily using your PayPal account. PayPal is a widely accepted payment method worldwide.
Apple Pay
Using an Apple device? With Apple Pay, you can complete your payment securely and conveniently online without a bank card or entering your payment details.
Bank transfer
You can choose to complete the payment at a later time. If you select this method, your order will be processed once we have received your payment.
Invoice for business customers
Are you a business customer and prefer to pay by invoice? Choose the option ‘Bank transfer or invoice.’ If you need to add a VAT number to the order use the designated field for this in the cart.
Intra-community delivery
Do you live outside The Netherlands, are you a business owner, and do you have a VAT number? Enter your VAT number on the checkout page, and the VAT will automatically be excluded from your order.
Canceling an order
Would you like to cancel your order after payment? No problem, but please notify us within 2 hours after placing your order by emailing to info@moodson.com or calling +31(0)38 303 88 80 The paid amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
