Return period
Return the products as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel the purchase. You are on time if you send the products back before the 14-day period has expired.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive a refund as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received your return notification. We will refund the full order amount using the same payment method you used to place your order. We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof of shipment.
Please note that you are only liable for any diminished value of the mat resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the screen.
